AROMA: Slight apple on the nose with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. PALATE: Ripe apples and juicy pears combined with butterscotch and hints of chocolate. FINISH: Apples, pears, butterscotch, and chocolate.

Pact No. 8 combines three high-rye bourbons aged 14, 11, and 8 years, with one of the high-rye bourbons finished in French Calvados Casks. Calvados is an apple or pear brandy that can only be produced in the Normandy region of France.
