There is a delicate balance between creamy mouthfeel, tannins and sugars that comes into play that makes the end result magical. Older vintages have more evaporation which means a higher concentration of fats and sugars per ounce which gives them
Nose: Banana peel, dark roast coffee, white pepper, dried leaves. On the palate this is cinnamon roll with orange cream frosting. Lots of nutmeg and ground cinnamon. That transitions nicely to a long finish of nutmeg and dates.

NOSE: Light vanilla, red berry fruitiness, and a slight hint of oak. PALATE: Spicy, woody, and minty notes. Fennel-like notes of light licorice and black pepper from the rye. FINISH: Long and smooth with a nice spice from the high rye content.
Sweet and smooth, with notes of butterscotch, leather and cherry pipe tobacco, it is exceptionally drinkable and enjoys the bold character we think excellent bourbon should deliver.
