Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by Haas Brothers

Rich and velvety with notes of caramel, toasted hazelnut, and buttery toffee. Classic bourbon. Caramel and vanilla on the nose. It quickly evolves to roasted peanuts and black pepper. The palate is toffee and cocoa. It's a great balance of sweet and nutty while it moves to a medium spicy and sweet finish.
