Made by Four Gate Whiskey Company, LLC ~ Four Gate Whiskey Company

Appearance: Dark brown. Nose: Apple pie, baking spices, cinnamon, cloves. Taste: Spicy pepper, sweet vanilla and graham cracker, vanilla, light apples and citrus zest. Finish: long and satisfying with lingering orchard fruits.

Batch 18. Straight bourbon finished in Cognac casks. The Batch is named for the River Charente that flows through the Cognac region of France.
