Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by Henry M. Wright & Co. Inc.

TONS of maple syrup, ripe red fruits (especially plum), dark honey and cocoa powder, spiced stewed apples. Palate: There's a subtle smokiness throughout, orange oils, black pepper, maple syrup, long peppery finish. It's a long finish, followed by a long finish. After the initial notes it pops back up with caramel apple and baking spice.
