77 General Review of Early Times Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Ethanol tingles the nose hairs on the first pour of Early Times Bottled in Bond Bourbon. Additionally, there’s a combination of oak, soft caramel, and chocolate aromas.

The oak is even stronger on the palate, and the ethanol also makes itself known. Lingering hints of tobacco. Spicy and a little sweet.

The finish reveals a little bit of chocolate but primarily pepper. The finish is long.
