Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by Shortbarrel Bourbon

AROMA: Slight notes of baking spices, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, and mint candy in the background. MOUTH: Caramel, vanilla, puppy kisses, surprisingly sweet while holding onto the signature Shortbarrel lingering spice that has become our trademark. Enjoyable drink at 86 proof. FINISH: Despite a lower proof for some. The long, spicy finish remains the whole time. The finish consisted of clove, rye spice, almond, oak, and tobacco leaf.
