AROMA: Sweet and spicy, with notes of caramel and cinnamon and plenty of oak character. FLAVOR: Bright bursts of apricot and cinnamon with rich dark chocolate and leather. FINISH: Complex flavors sit warmly on the palate, leading to a long, ringing finish.
