Crisp grain, caramel, and honey on the nose, with a luscious sweetness on the palate. The spiciness is accented by notes of pepper, ginger, and vanilla. The long, satisfying finish emphasizes toasted oak, cherry, plum, and pear flavors.

Cinnamon and clove on the nose are backed up by corn sweetness and oak. The body is rich, with the sweetness and spice paired nicely. A different take on bourbon with aggressive spice, and a hint of drying astringency.
Warm, sweet notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, and french vanilla on the nose. The palate has a rich and rounded spice, a soft, creamy texture, and notes of milk chocolate and cinnamon rolls. The finish is long and warming.
