Distillery Tasting Notes

Made by Distillers Way LLC. ~ Doc Swinson's Distillery

The nose is rich and sweet with brown sugar, roasted nuts, vanilla, tobacco, oak and allspice notes. The taste starts off with big vanilla and dry oak notes followed by caramel, warm spices and tobacco. The mouthfeel is viscous and about what I'd expect for the proof. The finish is long, warm and dry with oak, vanilla, nuts, and baking spice notes.
