NOSE: Gingerbread and toasted cinnamon, holiday spices with deep oak aromas. TASTE: Strong flavors of dried fruit, heartland-toasted grains, and oats, with a finish of persimmon, mulberry, and fennel. FINISH: Bold and complex with a lasting caramel finish.
