NOSE: Big and spicy, toasted oak, vegetal notes, allspice, and anise. PALATE: Beautiful rye spice with light floral and citrus notes along with dark spices and black pepper. FINISH: Slight mint finish makes this great for sipping or mixing in a classic cocktail.
